Katie & Mike- New England Fall Wedding
February 5, 2018The beautiful array of changing scenery and crisp fall air of Autumn provides a vibrant atmosphere unlike any of the other three seasons. The design held true to autumn colors, featuring an eye catching spray of of foliage and lavish mix of burgundy, cream and blush florals, wrapped beautifully around the ceremony tree. The theme carried through into the stunning bouquet and tablescape. The tantalizing blend of personal eccentricity and good vibes however were the focal points for Katie and Mike’s Race Brook Lodge wedding this past October. Not only did they host a weekend long party for themselves and their amazing guests but they knew how to get around in style. It’s not everyday you’re chauffeured around in an epic duck golf cart. The vibes didn’t end with the creative transportation. Mike and Katie knew how to create memories, not only for themselves, but with their guests.
What better way to create lifelong memories than to have their tablescape become art. Each table was lined with beautifully elegant butcher’s paper. Each guest could draw on, putting their own stamp on an outstanding wedding. To celebrate their newly found union, Mike and Katie put a spin on the classic tradition of a three tiered wedding cake, and opted for a multi-tiered doughnut display worth a thousand doughnuts. Their energy was contagious, and flowed throughout the night. What was truly evident though, was the real love and connection Mike and Katie shared, making this a night to never forget.
